Each Little Bird That Sings

 Novel by Deborah Wiles.

This was a gem of a book (but also a tear-jerker)! A wonderful examination of dealing with death and finding joy in life. I particularly loved the family motto "We live to serve" and the emphasis of sometimes putting aside your own wants or feelings to serve someone else. I also loved the strength and love portrayed within their immediate and extended family.
